Following our own example

Having helped many of our clients migrate to standards-based web design and embrace the advantages of Cascading Style Sheets and valid XHTML, we finally made the move ourselves.

We have a new site layout and we're now using the content management system from our Redbox e-commerce solution to drive the site's content.

Redpad reloaded

Redpad got a hefty upgrade this week. On the outside we have standards-based XHTML and CSS, but we also improved the usabilty by implementing a new one-screen AJAX enabled interface.

Search, create, edit and delete your notes all from the same window without the annoyance of page reloads.

Give it a go and remember to try the new super-fast search feature.

Where else would we write notes?

We are pleased to announce the release of Redpad, our new web-based notepad, for public use.

Redpad gives you a secure online location for notes and other snippets of information. All of your notes can be categorised and are accesible from any computer connected to the internet .

Redpad is a component of our upcoming Business Manager suite and allowing the public to use it for free is a good way of ensuring it is bullet-proof before it gets integrated.

So step right up and have a go; registration is free and simple, although you might soon wonder how you lived without it.

Now everyone can track everything, everywhere

When we decided to revamp our internal Bug Tracker software we were in a decidedly generic mood - so we ended up specifying a tool that would just track things...

"What things?" we hear you cry. Well, what do you want to track?

We are using our new Request Tracker System in a few different guises; as an internal knowledgebase, a customer service tool and as our internal group-based to-do list..

Which begs the question, "What would you track with yours?"
